February’s featured speaker is Andrew Gray, AICP, of the Carroll County Department of Planning and Land Management. Andrew performed the recent economic development land study and will be giving a report on the results at the February Business Breakfast.

We will be rescheduling Denise Beaver, Carroll County director of economic development who had been scheduled to speak, in the near future.
